Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Process operational tasks per company policies and SOPs.
• Create and manage transportation orders and shipment records.
• Activate and assign loads to carriers and support load-building.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate shipment timelines.
• Track and trace shipments for on-time movement and delivery.
• Enter shipment milestones and invoicing data in systems.
• Respond to customer and carrier inquiries promptly.
• Escalate issues following escalation procedures.
