Job summary

Blackrock Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support daily brokerage freight execution, including appointment scheduling, carrier and customer communications, and shipment tracking from pickup to delivery.

You will work closely with Carrier Sales, the Director of Carrier Operations, and the customer service team to keep freight visible and on track, resolving issues before they impact service. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatch, or transportation support is preferred.
• Ability to learn Revenova and related TMS tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm pickup/delivery appointments with vendors and sites.
• Serve as point of contact for carriers and customers on load status and delays.
• Track shipments and update status in Revenova and with stakeholders.
• Manage exceptions, delays, and scheduling conflicts; escalate when needed.
• Maintain load/appointment records and support carrier onboarding.
