You will track shipment statuses, resolve issues, and maintain records for audits, while building strong carrier relationships to optimize costs. This role requires in-person weekday availability with occasional overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee incoming freight orders, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Review and validate shipment data, resolving discrepancies and ensuring all documentation is complete and precise.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to schedule and monitor freight movements, ensuring adherence to delivery timelines.
• Track shipment statuses and provide customers and internal stakeholders with timely updates regarding freight and delivery information.
• Resolve freight-related issues including delays, damages, or documentation errors, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, communications, and related transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
• Monitor inventory and freight projections, proactively addressing potential delays or shortages.
• Foster strong relationships with carriers and freight partners to optimize transportation efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and compliance standards related to freight and logistics operations.
