Responsibilities

• Maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and carriers.
• Manage new and existing customer accounts and solicit freight.
• Generate new customers from leads or cold calls.
• Process and generate shipment orders in company TMS.
• Communicate with carriers and tender loads.
• Plan, manage, and trace shipments.
• Provide financial and shipment reports to customers and management.
• Take immediate action to correct or solve issues that may occur.
• Be on-call on holidays, weekends, and after traditional office hours.
• Other assigned duties.
