The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and customer service within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include verifying invoices, processing special orders, labeling and shelving merchandise, and assisting with floor projects.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received and shipments.
• Process alterations, layaways, and special orders via FedEx communication.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Ensure items match shipments and proper presentation on unpacking.
• Attach tags and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, including steaming when needed.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist on floor projects.
• Operate in a flexible schedule including holidays and peak shopping periods.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and report policy violations to management.
