Responsibilities

• Answer phones.
• Respond to customer emails, schedule delivery appointments, give rate quotes, check shipment status, assist with bill of lading completion.
• Respond to customer issues.
• Handle inquiries from associates by reply emails, and complete reports.
• Perform computer functions using Microsoft Office to complete reports, spreadsheets, emails, memos, look up information, etc.
• Communicate well through multiple channels: phone, email, face-to-face, etc.
• Create, maintain and enter information into databases using company/internal freight monitoring systems.
• Complete forms and reports in accordance with company procedures.
• Maintain open and concise communications to ensure a satisfactory customer service experience.
