Job summary

Holman Powertrain in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support shipments, inventory control, and process improvements. You will coordinate freight, schedule deliveries, and maintain accuracy in the freight system.

The role is office-based with some warehouse time; requires experience in logistics, strong Excel skills, and a college degree. Holman offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, freight and/or warehouse operations.
• Strong Excel skills and computer literacy.
• Understanding of WMS and related logistics tools.
• College degree and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments for locations regarding new product, core, and warranty returns.
• Schedule, track, and coordinate shipments using the freight management system.
• Create and forward drop ship and special-order purchase orders to vendors.
• Coordinate receiving for drop ship orders from Ford and Holman vendors.
• Create invoices and schedule shipments from remote Holman warehouses.
• Manage delays, losses, and claims and communicate status weekly.
