Job summary

You will coordinate load tendering, appointment times, and backhaul movement while ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate data entry into our routing systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–3 years in distribution/transportation.
• Experience using computerized routing software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate owner operators, drivers and third party carriers for freight delivery.
• Communicate delivery and backhaul schedules to contractors and drivers via PTA board.
• Monitor driver hours of service for regulatory compliance and plan loads.
• Prepare daily dispatch sheets and pass-down reports for shifts.
• Maintain load plans, arrange appointments, and issue routing instructions.
• Assist dispatch with breakdowns, repower decisions, and roadside support.
• Ensure accurate data entry into routing software and internal systems.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from customers, drivers, and store personnel.
• Uphold professional conduct and safety in all tasks.
