Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule TL and LTL freight for assigned regions.
• Manage reload opportunities and assign drivers to maximize fleet utilization.
• Enter and maintain freight orders, load information, and shipment documentation.
• Monitor shipment status, loading/unloading activities, and delivery schedules.
• Communicate with customers and brokers regarding load updates and service changes.
• Track and report detention, lumper, and OSD claims.
• Resolve transportation and customer service issues promptly.
• Follow up on detention requests and outstanding load payments.
• Assist with training new team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Uphold company values and contribute to a positive team environment.
