Job summary

Target Freight Management, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the United States to manage day-to-day operations for a dedicated customer, including Truckload and LTL duties.

You will route shipments cradle to grave, build Bills of Lading and labels, track and trace, and provide after-hours support as needed. Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics or related field.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of customer and carrier organizations.
• Problem solving and strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent phone and email communication skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer service problems and expedite corrections while delivering excellent service.
• Serve as a point of contact for dedicated customers and carriers in the program.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers.
• Escalate customer and carrier issues as needed; provide after-hours support when required.
• Maintain documentation to ensure compliance standards and protect confidential information.
• Manage daily operations for FTL and LTL orders; route shipments cradle to grave.
• Track and trace shipments across carrier sites and freight companies.
• Understand and use TFM platforms, including FTL system and TMS.
