Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in Stanley, ND is seeking a TM Receiver to maintain inventory accuracy and support store sales by receiving and shipping freight promptly. You will interact with customers and Team Members, promote Legendary Customer Experience, and uphold safety standards across the store and poultry areas.

The role requires flexibility with shifts, basic computer skills, and the ability to operate a forklift and related equipment. Prior shipping/receiving or retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Shipping/receiving experience preferred but not required.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts that may include days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend solutions, and close value.
• Process inbound/outbound freight and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Operate forklift and other store equipment.
• Ensure safe, organized work areas and proper documentation, including propane certification where required.
