Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage prospective clients, manage sales cycles, and close new business across all service categories.
  • Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets through proactive sales strategies.
  • Nurture relationships with current clients to ensure exceptional service and explore upsell opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling presentations, accurate quotes, and tailored proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and maintain detailed client SOPs.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC, or steamship lines.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • A confident, enthusiastic, and persuasive personality.
  • Top-tier negotiation, presentation, and communication abilities.
  • Willingness to travel, backed by a valid driver’s license.
