Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Able to lift 15–50 lbs repetitively and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-day plans with guidance from the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager.
• Coach teammates and uphold brand standards and store presentation.
• Assist with opening/closing, cash office, and firearms sales compliance where applicable.
• Foster an inclusive, safe store environment for teammates and customers.
• Assist with training and onboarding of teammates.
