Qualifications

• Forklift experience, 2+ years.
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs.
• 3 years of experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound freight flow or loading to ensure efficient cross-dock operations.
• Schedule and coordinate daily loads to meet customer deadlines.
• Review appointment schedules to unload within two hours of arrival.
• Coordinate trailer movements using Yard Management System.
• Ensure sufficient labor coverage to match daily workload.
• Use systems for process design and reporting efficiency.
• Organize daily product movement and door assignments.
• Maintain GMP compliance and report any noncompliance.
