World Market in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager: Freight Flow to lead store logistics, drive sales, and uphold our customer-first culture. You will partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team, manage freight processing, stockroom standards, and daily priorities.

This role requires excellent communication, coaching, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
