You will oversee daily freight processes, coordinate with the Store Manager, and develop a high-performance team aligned with company standards.

You will guide operations, schedule flexibility including nights and weekends, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and safety procedures.

• Analyze business trends using reports to identify opportunities and actions.
• Uphold World Market culture and values in daily work.
• Foster a safe work environment through training and accountability.
• Plan and execute daily tasks in the absence of the Store Manager.
