Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Experience with safe loading/unloading procedures.
• Knowledge of different loading techniques (tight/cross loading).
• Familiarity with shipping documents and freight forms.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift, pallet jack, or manually.
• Secure freight inside trailers using straps, airbags, and other supplies.
• Read and interpret shipping labels and freight bills.
• Operate the Dock Yard Management System to track shipments throughout the service center.
• Assist in stowing, wrapping, and load securement as needed.
• Maintain safe and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.
