Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily truck dispatching activities, including assigning drivers, trucks, trailers, and delivery routes.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and freight movements according to customer requirements and priorities.
• Communicate with drivers for instructions, updates, route information, and support.
• Monitor driver progress, arrival times, delays, and delivery completion.
• Coordinate with warehouse and dock personnel on loading schedules and departures.
• Maintain dispatch logs, driver schedules, trip records, and delivery confirmations.
