Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, and Microsoft Office).
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assign, schedule, and coordinate drivers and loads to meet customer pickup and delivery windows.
• Communicate with drivers regarding routes, delays, load updates, and delivery instructions.
• Serve as the primary contact between drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance.
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers and management.
• Enter and maintain dispatch records in company systems.
• Coordinate with operations and safety teams for route changes and breakdowns.
