DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Traffic Clerk to schedule inbound and outbound freight, coordinate drivers and equipment, and ensure accurate shipping documents. The role operates nights with a start around 8:15 PM and requires basic Excel/PowerPoint skills and prior warehouse/shipping experience.

Ideal candidates will have 1 year of Microsoft/Excel/PowerPoint experience, 2+ years in warehouse clerical work, and familiarity with BOLs, manifests, and inbound receipts.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred
• Experience with BOLs, manifests and inbound receipts
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving processes

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight
• Coordinate drivers, equipment, and freight

• Work with customer service and drivers at dispatch window
