Adidas is seeking a Freight Payments & Analytics Specialist in Spartanburg to help support outbound transportation cost control, audits, and reporting. You will collaborate with SCM Finance, 3PLs, and carriers to resolve coding and invoice issues while improving processes.

Hybrid work is available; a strong eye for data and English proficiency are essential. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in supply chain or logistics finance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Finance or Analytics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2+ years in supply chain/logistics or supply chain finance (transportation focused).
• Advanced proficiency in English (read, write, speak, comprehend).

Responsabilidades

• Support Freight Audit & Payment (FAP) processes.
• Support Claims Audit & Filing processes.
• Support documentation, research, and data needs for Claims automation.
• Analyze and resolve invoice audit exceptions; suggest process improvements.
• Assist accrual and month-end close processes tied to outbound transportation.
• Support development of financial reporting tools.
• Analyze data flow between FA&P provider and GBS/SAP/TMS.
• Collaborate with SCM Finance to resolve cost coding logic.
• Monitor budget vs. actuals and provide cost-driver insights.
• Process parcel & freight claims for contracted carriers as needed.
• Drive data quality to improve cost reporting and reduce coding errors.
• Partner with Internal Controls to audit FedEx accounts and usage.
• Other duties as assigned.
