Job summary

Xpress Global Systems (XGS) is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role operates Monday through Friday, 8AM–5PM, and you will act as a liaison, provide product and service information, and resolve customer issues with accuracy and courtesy.

We emphasize safety, quality, and customer service in a dynamic logistics environment. You will support shipment tracing, respond to inquiries by phone, email and fax, and gain experience with multiple systems

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred.
• AS400 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer high-volume inbound calls on the customer service queue.
• Provide product/services information and resolve customer issues.
• Update and modify customer records and shipment statuses in AS400.
