Responsibilities

• Assist customers and overseas partners via email, fax, and phones.
• Provide shipping information, inventory status, and transactions.
• Conduct telephone sales to prospective customers.
• Set up and maintain customer files and profiles.
• Update inventory data, rate files, and create reports.
• Prepare invoices and ensure timely billing.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist operations with correspondence as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested.
