Responsibilities

• Investigates assigned freight claims by reviewing shipment records and documentation to determine liability.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams to gather documentation and resolve discrepancies.
• Manages subrogation and recovery efforts with partner carriers and insurers.
• Facilitates salvage negotiations on minor damage claims to mitigate losses.
• Interprets contracts and liability guidelines to process claims within authority limits.
• Ensures claims are documented for audit compliance and financial accountability.
• Prioritizes and expedites Full Value Coverage (FVC) claims to meet service commitments.
