In this role, you will actively source and secure trucking capacity while building relationships with trucking companies. The ideal candidate should have experience in freight brokerage or logistics coordination, possess strong negotiation skills, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, carrier sales, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Proven ability to find and develop carriers through outbound calls and relationship building.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple loads at once.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and secure trucking capacity for available freight.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers.
• Negotiate competitive rates while ensuring service reliability.
• Post and manage loads on load boards.
• Track shipments and communicate updates to teams and customers.
• Vet carriers for compliance, insurance, and safety requirements.
• Solve problems quickly and manage issues such as delays.
