Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Freight Broker to establish and grow relationships with carriers and to coach and mentor new brokers. This role offers uncapped commission and a path to advanced sales leadership.

You will identify and source carriers, negotiate rates, and manage the end-to-end transportation process while collaborating with sales and network teams. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and initiative is valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• One plus years of sales experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
