Qualifications

Must be detail oriented.
Excellent data entry skills including alpha-numeric and 10-key.
A minimum of 2 years experience in a related role.
Background knowledge of trucking industry a plus.
Knowledge of Seafreight/Drayage invoicing a plus.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office Products.

Responsibilities

Issue invoices to customers (paper, email, web portal and/ or EDI).
Work with operations staff to obtain all required delivery documentation.
Confirm entered data from customer requirements documentation.
Organize and categorize billing documents.
Respond to customer and employee inquiries in a timely manner.
Update the customer master file with contact information; work with AR to research short paid invoices.
Promote Hermann Services to employees and customers.
Perform other A/R and administrative duties as assigned.
