Responsibilities

• Perform freight audit and payment on freight brokerage business accounts.
• Use multiple software platforms to complete the auditing process and provide client solutions.
• Find ways to use company software and technology to provide client solutions and develop internal efficiencies.
• Communicate with carriers to obtain necessary paperwork in a timely fashion.
• Answer inbound phone calls and provide status updates to inquiries.
• Learn company operations for the brand and various internal departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
