Job summary

New Era Cap, LLC is seeking a Logistics Freight Auditor to join our Buffalo team. This 100% on-site, six-month temporary role analyzes freight invoices and performs post-audit validation across Parcel, LTL, TL, and freight forwarder accounts.

You will build dashboards and KPIs in Power BI and Excel, collaborate with Transportation, Finance, and 3PL partners, and drive cost visibility and savings opportunities through data-driven investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, analytics, accounting or finance (or equivalent experience).
• 2–4 years in freight audit, analytics, or logistics accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform secondary post-audit review of freight invoices across Parcel, LTL, TL, and Freight Forwarder accounts.
• Validate charges against contracted rates, tariffs, and service levels.
• Build and maintain freight dashboards and KPIs (Power BI, Excel).
• Partner with Finance, AP, and 3PL to improve audit accuracy and cost visibility.
