Job summary

Johnson Bros. Bakery Supply, Inc. is seeking a Freezer Lead to direct outbound operations and supervise a on-floor team in Carrollton, TX.

You will ensure orders are picked, staged, and shipped accurately while maintaining a safe, organized freezer area. The role includes guiding staff, coordinating inbound stock, and performing FIFO procedures. Qualified candidates have at least 1 year warehouse experience, freezer experience, and forklift/pallet jack operation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
• Must have freezer experience
• Previous standup forklift experience required
• Previous riding electric pallet jack experience required
• Able to stand for long periods, stoop, squat and bend regularly
• Able to read and write legibly, count items accurately

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor daily outbound tasks
• Audit orders for accuracy and quality
• Maintain clean, safe freezer environment
• Assist inbound stock during downtime and rotate stock using FIFO
• Submit at least 20 daily audit sheets to Outbound Supervisor
• Provide hands-on coaching and feedback to team members
