Unity is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team delivering Unity platform support for TV and mobile partners. You will help design editor features, optimize WebGPU/WebAssembly performance, and tackle load times and memory constraints across devices.

The role involves working with Unity R&D teams globally, conducting performance profiling, and contributing to a high-quality, scalable runtime across Linux and browser-based environments.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in C# and C++ for large-scale cross-platform projects.
• Experience with JavaScript in browser-based or hybrid environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with profiling and optimizing high-performance apps across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features and workflows in the Unity Editor for platform configurations.
• Profile and optimize WebGPU/WebAssembly performance to reduce load times and memory usage.
• Investigate bugs and strengthen quality with automated tests and code reviews.
