Technosylva, Inc. is seeking a Principal Frontend / WebGL Engineer to shape architecture and technical direction for interactive geospatial web apps. You will lead the frontend effort, set standards, mentor engineers, and stay hands-on with code.

You will own the frontend platform, design large-scale systems, optimize real-time 2D/3D visualizations, and collaborate with product and backend teams. Fluent English, 10+ years, and strong leadership are expected. Remote options available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development with large, complex systems.
• Experience leading frontend teams and setting technical direction.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and WebGL expertise.
• Proven ability to design scalable frontend architectures.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the frontend platform architecture and roadmap.
• Design high-performance 2D/3D web apps with WebGL.
• Mentor developers, perform code reviews, enforce standards.
