Qualifications

• Proven stenographic court reporter with depositions/arbitrations experience.
• Real-time transcription capability with appropriate equipment.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Record complete and accurate transcripts of legal proceedings.
• Deliver transcripts in ASCII and/or RTF per client templates.
• Manage notes and ensure secure handling of sensitive information.
• Provide backup audio recording when required.
