Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive for a remote role in the United States. You will serve as the primary customer contact at a tactic level, collaborating with Agency Operations and the Project Manager to ensure alignment with brand strategy and delivery of tactical objectives.

Strong MS Office skills and 3+ years of relevant experience are required. Adobe Creative Suite experience is desired.

Location: Remote, United States

In this role with GSW, you will function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives are aligned with customer expectations, and overall brand strategy. You will:

• Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
• Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
• Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer
• Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request
• Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner
• 3+ years’ relevant customer experience in marketing, healthcare, or other related disciplines or 3+ years’ relevant agency side experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $45 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
