Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Account Executive for a remote role in the United States. You will be the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level management and partnering with Agency Operations to ensure alignment with brand strategy and client expectations.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

In this role with GSW, you will function as the primary customer contact on a tactic level, supporting upper-level customer management team members and partnering with Agency Operations. As Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for day-to-day account activities and ensure the execution of tactical objectives are aligned with customer expectations and overall brand strategy. You will:

  • Partner with the Project Manager and Planner to manage changes to project parameters that may affect timing, cost, or workload
  • Build relationships with customer contacts and colleagues, providing value as source of information relative to tactical strategy, brand objectives, and business needs
  • Assist in writing project briefs and securing signed copies from customer
  • Orchestrate pre-kickoff meetings and initiation of new customer request
  • Manage budgetary needs of the customer in partnership with the Planner
  • 3+ years’ relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or medical communications at an agency
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare clients, preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $90,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
