Hidden Jobs seeks a freelance motion designer to blend traditional editing with generative AI to produce social-first videos for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. You’ll iterate quickly from concept to delivery, crafting AI-generated characters and scenes to support organic campaigns.

Ideal candidates have hands-on motion design and video editing experience, a strong portfolio of AI-generated people/assets, and comfort with rapid experimentation and evolving workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience as motion designer or video editor.
Strong understanding of social formats and short-form pacing.
Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms for image/video creation.
Portfolio showcasing AI-generated people or influencers and motion design.

Responsibilities

Edit and produce social-first videos from initial concept through final delivery across multiple platforms
Create realistic AI-generated people and characters, maintaining consistent visual appearance across a series of images and videos
Develop AI-generated scenes, environments, and creative concepts to support organic marketing campaigns
Repurpose existing footage and creative assets into polished video and static content
Produce occasional static ad assets for affiliate, SEO, ASO, and other organic growth initiatives
Collaborate with the social media team and other designers to translate creative briefs into compelling visual output
