Job summary

OneIMS is seeking a creative Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas and raw footage into polished content that strengthens our brands and grows our online audience. You will edit long-form and short-form videos, create motion graphics, and optimize content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook, with scheduling and publishing workflows.

Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Strong storytelling, writing, and branding sense.
Experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
Ability to analyze analytics and adapt content.
Excellent eye for design, typography, and visual details.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Portfolio showing short- and long-form videos and motion graphics.

Responsibilities

Edit long-form and short-form videos, including podcasts and social media content.
Create motion graphics, animated text, branded transitions, and visual effects.
Turn long-form recordings into high-performing short-form content for various platforms.
Optimize content for each platform (dimensions, length, hooks, captions, hashtags).
Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, reach, and watch time.
Research audience interests, platform trends, and content opportunities.
Build and manage content calendars across multiple brands and platforms.
Upload, schedule, and publish content using platform tools and third-party schedulers.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages to foster engagement.
Track performance and use data to improve topics, formats, and posting times.
Test new ideas and adjust based on analytics.
Coordinate content around campaigns and events.
Use AI-powered tools to improve editing speed and content quality.
Write hooks, headlines, captions, scripts, hashtags, and CTAs.
Create thumbnails and social graphics for branding.
Review all work for spelling, grammar, and visual consistency.
