Job summary

Team Up in Georgia is hiring an AI Video Creator for a remote role. You will own end-to-end short-form video production for a diverse portfolio of brands, using generative AI tools to craft mobile-first content.

You will develop cinematic, realistic, 3D, and other visual styles, write AI prompts, and edit footage with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Meet deadlines and adapt to different brand identities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in video creation, editing, motion design, or similar role.
• Experience with short-form, mobile-first vertical content.
• Hands-on with generative AI video and image tools such as Runway, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion.
• Strong AI prompting skills for text-to-video and multimodal workflows.

Responsibilities

Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Video Creator to take ownership of end-to-end short-form video production for a diverse portfolio of brands.

You will create high-impact, mobile-first videos using generative AI tools, combining creative storytelling, advanced prompting, video editing, motion design, and sound. The ideal candidate can confidently adapt their style to different brands, from cinematic and hyper-realistic content to playful 3D and modern visual concepts.

Your Duties

• Create short-form vertical videos from concept and storyboard through AI generation, editing, and final delivery.
• Develop cinematic, realistic, 3D, and other visual styles based on each brand's requirements.
• Create videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social.
• Develop strong hooks, pacing, visual transitions, and storytelling designed to maximize viewer retention.
• Write and refine text-to-video, image-to-video, and multimodal AI prompts.
• Maintain character, environment, and visual consistency across multiple AI-generated scenes.
• Use generative AI tools to create and transform images, videos, audio, and other visual assets.
• Edit and polish AI-generated footage using professional editing software.
• Identify and correct common AI-generated issues such as warping, flickering, distortion, and inconsistencies.
• Add voiceovers, sound effects, music, dynamic captions, and motion typography.
• Adapt creative concepts to different brand guidelines, visual identities, and target audiences.
• Work independently from creative briefs and deliver publish-ready content within deadlines.
• Continuously experiment with new AI tools, workflows, and creative techniques.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant experience in video creation, video editing, motion design, or a similar creative role.
• Strong experience creating short-form, mobile-first vertical content.
• Hands-on experience with modern generative AI video and image tools such as Runway, Sora, Kling AI, Luma, Seedance, Midjourney, Pika, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms.
• Strong AI prompting skills, including text-to-video, image-to-video, and multimodal workflows.
• Experience maintaining visual and character consistency across AI-generated content.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools.
• Strong understanding of short-form video mechanics, including hooks, pacing, safe zones, captions, and viewer retention.
• Strong understanding of visual composition, lighting, camera angles, storytelling, and modern design.
• Ability to work across different creative styles and brand identities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and fix AI-generated visual imperfections.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant short-form and/or AI-generated video work is required.
