Job summary

Single Grain is seeking a flexible, AI-empowered creative who moves fluidly between motion, UGC-style video, static design, editing, and strategy. You will drive ideas from concept to market-ready assets, using AI workflows to cover ground once done by a team and finishing by hand where craft demands it.

You’ll build deep knowledge of client brands, voice, and what converts, delivering multi-format creatives across campaigns and events while staying ahead of evolving AI tools and industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in motion-forward creative production.
• Portfolio and reel showing range across formats.
• Ability to cover design, video, and strategy.
• Comfort using AI tools and building AI-assisted workflows.

Responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to finished asset across motion, UGC-style video, short clips, and static, flexing to weekly needs.
• Contribute to strategy and copy, not just execution: sharpen the angle, write the script, shape the message.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that let one person cover ground that used to take a team.
• Turn a single brief into a multi-format creative set ready for paid testing.
• Develop deep knowledge of clients' brands, voice, and what converts, and bring it to every asset.
• Keep several client accounts supplied with fresh creative on campaign deadlines, prioritizing across them.
• Partner with paid media on what's fatiguing and what's winning, and turn it into next variants.
• Evaluate new AI creative tools as they ship and fold the useful ones into the workflow.
