A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Immigration Attorney to join a newly established and fast-growing fully remote US Immigration enterprise, through a UK-based Immigration company expansion.

As a freelance attorney, you will have the flexibility to set your own diary availability, allowing you to work at your convenience while benefiting from a steady stream of pre-booked and pre-qualified consultations. You will build strong client relationships, offering expert advice and representation in personal and business US immigration matters.

The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in a broad range of US visa and immigration applications, including but not limited to:

• Skilled Work Visas
• Student Visas
• Family Immigration
• Naturalization
• Waivers & Asylum Applications
• Humanitarian-based cases
• Work Permits & Permanent Residency Applications

This is a fully remote, self-employed position, ideal for an experienced immigration attorney looking for greater flexibility, independence, and a steady pipeline of high-quality clients.

The Role

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting pre-arranged video consultations and providing expert legal representation in US visa applications and appeals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main client liaison, delivering consultations via scheduled video calls.
• Handle and represent clients in US visa applications and appeals.
• Independently manage a diverse and substantial caseload.
• Provide guidance and support to team members on casework queries and best practices.
• Conduct monthly case reviews and revenue forecasting.
• Evening and weekend consultations available for enhanced flexibility.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience handling US immigration law cases.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
• Active Bar license in good standing.
• Ability to manage a varied and high-volume immigration caseload.
• Exceptional client relationship and communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong case management abilities.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
