• Collaborate with Account Executive and Education & Training Manager to hit sales goals.
• Support store sales with exceptional service and represent the brand.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Develop new client relationships and strengthen existing ones.
• Maintain selling space, assist with inventory and stock management.
• Receive deliveries and support shipping to clients as needed.
• Leverage digital tools and social media to connect with clients.
