Job summary

VEXCASH AG is seeking a freelance Project Manager to drive the development and improvement of business applications in a banking environment. You will translate business needs into mapped processes, clear requirements and rolled-out solutions that end users actually adopt.

You will run parallel projects, map as-is/to-be processes, write requirements for development and vendor teams, establish governance, and drive adoption post go-live through training and feedback loops.

Qualifications

3–6 years in project management or business analysis in a structured organization
Two cross-functional IT implementation, digitalization or automation projects from idea to adoption with artifacts
Strong process analysis and modeling skills in BPMN/EPC or similar
Experience writing business requirements for developers or vendors
A formal PM approach (PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA or similar)
Everyday use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude or similar) in work

Responsibilities

Lead several parallel projects (1–6 months, 2–4 people) implementing IT systems, automation and AI tools
Map as-is and to-be processes with BPMN/flowcharts
Write business requirements for development, data and vendor teams
Set up and maintain project governance (charter, RACI, plan, risk log, change requests, status reports)
Drive adoption after go-live with training and feedback loops
