VEXCASH AG is seeking a proactive projects lead for modernizing IT systems, automation and AI tool adoption across business processes. You will map as-is and to-be processes, write clear requirements for development and vendors, and establish governance including charter and RACI.

In the first six months you will deliver at least one end-to-end system change and build templates for future projects, working with cross-functional teams and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Formación

• 3–6 years in project management or business analysis in a structured organization.
• Two cross-functional IT implementation projects with artifacts.
• Strong process analysis and BPMN/EPC modeling.
• Experience writing business requirements for developers or vendors.
• Formal PM approach (PMBOK, PRINCE2, IPMA) applied in practice.
• Fluent English (C1+) and Russian.
• Everyday use of AI tools in work.

Responsabilidades

• Run parallel IT projects to implement systems, automation, and AI tools.
• Map as-is and to-be processes with owners using BPMN or similar.
• Write business requirements for development, data and vendor teams.
• Set up project governance: charter, RACI, risk & issue log.
• Drive adoption post go-live with training and feedback.
• Deliver end-to-end system changes in early projects (6 months).
• Build reusable templates and checklists for future projects.
