Job summary

ImagineX LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager focused on payment solutions to lead cross-client software, data, and AI deliveries. You will bridge technical execution with client management, driving scope control, risk mitigation, and high satisfaction across multiple engagements.

The role emphasizes experience in payment solutions, Agile methods, and PM tooling, with a focus on delivering enterprise-scale solutions in a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Delivery Manager in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Experience managing multiple client engagements and technical projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical background with software engineering, cloud architectures, data pipelines, and AI/ML solutions.
• Experience in payment solutions, payment gateways, processing protocols, or fintech integrations is a strong plus.
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies, project lifecycle management, and PM tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business insights for executive client stakeholders.
• Strong scope management, risk mitigation, and problem-solving skills in fast-paced client-facing environments.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted tools to optimize project planning, execution, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and enterprise solutions across multiple client engagements simultaneously.
• Partner with client stakeholders, product managers, and engineering leads to define project scope, deliverables, technical roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Manage project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting across concurrent client streams.
• Drive delivery excellence in a consulting environment, maintaining boutique agility while operating at enterprise scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional software, data, and AI teams to ensure seamless execution and architectural alignment.
• Oversee technical implementations involving payment solutions, gateway integrations, transaction processing, or fintech architectures.
• Utilize AI-assisted project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflows, reporting, and team velocity.
• Foster strong client relationships, achieving world-class satisfaction and serving as a trusted technical delivery advisor.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, demos) and ensure continuous alignment between client expectations and engineering delivery.
