Job Title: Designer / Art Director

GATES is seeking a Designer / Art Director to join our creative team. The role involves close collaboration with the Creative Director and Executive Creative Director. You will develop creative concepts aligned with the brand vision, ensure visual standards across channels, and work with various teams to produce high-quality assets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop brand campaigns from concept to production.
2. Assist in creating original graphics, typography, website content, social media, and other assets.
3. Research brand objectives, target markets, and industry trends.
4. Design packaging.
5. Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.

Qualifications:

• BFA or equivalent with strong typography, graphic design, and art direction skills.
• 5+ years of experience in beauty, fashion, retail, packaging, or print design.
• Experience in client-facing roles within agencies or in-house teams.
• Ability to analyze content trends and audience insights to create branded content opportunities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong project management and prioritization abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
