Viasat seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a portfolio of advanced network programs from conception through completion, ensuring alignment with objectives, budget, and schedule.

You will serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, coordinate with engineering, operations, and finance, and drive collaboration to deliver high-quality results while adhering to government regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in program management, with a general understanding of the U.S. military.
• Experience managing complex, multi-faceted programs through the full lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, control, closure).
• Proven ability to manage programs with budgets exceeding $2 Million.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams; US Citizenship with ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of assigned programs from planning to close-out.
• Develop and maintain program plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and communications.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality and technical integrity.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans.
• Support customer relationships and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Provide team leadership and resource allocation across engineering, operations, and business development.
• Contribute to proposals and business development with technical insights.
