Job summary

You will guide strategy, deliver high-throughput, low-latency production systems, and oversee multi-department programs across cloud-native architectures.

Qualifications

• Formal software engineering background with 10+ years of applied experience.
• 5+ years leading technologists to manage complex items.
• Strong background in Java-based backend systems and microservices.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Proven track record delivering high throughput, low latency production systems.
• Strong DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code experience.
• Familiarity with observability tools and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple technology and process implementations across departments to achieve firmwide technology objectives.
• Directly manage multiple areas with strategic transactional focus.
• Provide leadership and high-level direction to teams across platforms and lines of business.
• Interface with senior leaders to drive consensus on objectives.
• Manage stakeholders and large cross-product collaborations.
• Define and scale AI-enabled engineering governance and SDLC automation.
