Qualifications
- Formal training or certification on Software Engineering concepts.
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience across design, development, testing, and operations.
- Strong Java/Spring Boot/Microservices development background.
- Experience with AWS services (ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, EC2) and Kafka.
- Broad database experience and full SDLC expertise with CI/CD, security and resiliency.
Responsibilities
- Executes software solutions with creative approaches to complex problems.
- Develops high-quality production code and reviews others' work.
- Monitors performance and analyzes scalability across platforms.
- Acts as a performance advisor to optimize infrastructure and reliability.
- Influences leaders across business, product, and tech teams.

- Designs benchmarks and develops tools for performance analysis.
- Automates measurement and analysis of performance metrics.
