Job summary

The role requires collaboration across fraud operations, LOB teams, and external vendors in a hybrid work schedule within our footprint.

You will monitor trends, document configurations, and participate in triage to support rapid resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, information systems, or related field.
• Minimum of three years in fraud prevention, risk management, or financial technology.
• Experience with fraud analytics and one or more detection tools/platforms.

Responsibilities

• Centralize and optimize fraud tools and configurations to align with business goals.
• Monitor tool performance and detect positive/negative impacts on fraud detection.
• Coordinate with LOBs and external vendors to support decision-making related to fraud tools and strategies.
