Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Fraud Strategist to join a leader in the Information Technology space. You will partner with customers to shape fraud and identity risk strategies that support secure, efficient launches.

You will assess risk profiles, recommend practical mitigations, and design workflows tailored to different verticals. We seek 5+ years in fraud/identity/AML-KYC, strong analytical and strategic thinking, and proven cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in fraud, identity, AML/KYC, or related fields.
• Customer-facing experience in consulting, account management, or professional services
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities focused on risk strategies
• Project management skills and experience with cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to communicate complex fraud concepts to executives

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to evaluate risk profiles and design fraud strategies
• Provide recommendations on risk mitigation and workflow optimization
• Design identity workflows optimized for different verticals
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure launch readiness
• Advise on emerging fraud vectors and industry best practices
• Validate implementation milestones and ensure alignment with best practices
• Coordinate go-live planning and execution
